Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. low calorie margarine, melted
Preparation
    Lightly beat the egg white with a tablespoon of water.
    Dip each chicken cutlet in the mixture, then into the seasoned bread crumbs.
    Cover; refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
    Arrange the cutlets in a nonstick baking dish; drizzle with the melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes (turn cutlets over after 15 minutes), or until golden.
    Makes 4 servings.
