Ham And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced, boiled potatoes
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 c. cubed ham
    2 c. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Arrange diced potatoes and ham cubes in a shallow buttered casserole dish.
    Stir together the cheese, sour cream, eggs, green onions and seasoned salt.
    Pour mixture over ham and potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until it looks a little brown.
    Sprinkle with green onion slices before serving.
    Serves 8 people.
