Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into quarters and boil. Saute margarine, onion, flour and bell pepper in a skillet.
    Add water, milk, salt and pepper.
    Place cabbage quarters in a buttered casserole dish and pour soup mixture over the cabbage. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly.
