Vegetable Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. roughly cut up cabbage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 can bean sprouts
    soy sauce (several Tbsp. to taste)
    1 or 2 tsp. bottled brown sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients except chestnuts and bean sprouts. Cook in a large skillet about 15 minutes. Add Chinese vegetables and cook 5 minutes more. Serve with fried noodles or boiled rice.
