Sauerkraut And Beef (Or Pork) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef or pork
1 qt. sauerkraut
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 apple, cut up or grated
1 small onion, minced
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Put 1/2 kraut in pan.
Sprinkle flour, sugar, salt and pepper over it.
Add meat, onions and apple.
Cover with rest of kraut and with boiling water.
Cover tightly and cook on low heat, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
