Impossible Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Combine
    eggs,
    sugar,
    flour and milk.
    Add margarine, vanilla
    and
    coconut.
    Beat all together.
    Put margarine on 2 pie plates.
    Pour
    mixture
    into each pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    The pie makes its own crust.
    Let the pie get cold, it slices real well.
    Serve cold.
