Sausage Apple Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 c. finely chopped apple
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Press into greased ring mold (Bundt pan).
    Turn over onto rack placed in shallow pan. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
