Green Pepper Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    4 green peppers, chopped
    1 c. minced onion
    3 carrots, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 bay leaves
    3 c. water (approximate)
Preparation
    Heat oil and brown meat.
    Add tomatoes, green peppers, onions, carrots, salt, pepper and water.
    Cook on high until starts to boil, then turn burner to low and add bouillon cubes and bay leaves.
    Simmer for about 2 hours.
    Serve over rice or hot noodles.
