Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 c. diced green pepper
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. cooked, cubed ham
    2 lb. cleaned shrimp
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 c. canned tomatoes
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook celery, pepper and onions in half the butter until tender, not brown.
    Add garlic and ham.
    Cook 5 minutes longer.
    Add remaining butter, shrimp, salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire and sugar. Cook, tossing often with fork until shrimp are pink.
    Add tomatoes; simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes.
    Stir in rice; serve.
    Serves 8.
