Anytime Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells (not deep dish)
    1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli, cooked and drained
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Bake pie shells until crisp.
    Divide ingredients between shells.
    Cook onion in bacon drippings until clear and drain. Sprinkle onion in pie shells; sprinkle spinach over onion and season spinach to taste with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle cheeses and bacon over onion and spinach.
    Beat eggs and milk; add salt, pepper and parsley and pour over other ingredients.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until center is set.
    May be frozen. Makes 2 quiche.
