Ingredients

2 blocks butter (no substitutes)
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand.
Form into balls and flatten on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
