Strawberry Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    juice of 3 lemons
    2 eggs
    1 carton frozen strawberries
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix together milk, lemon juice and 2 egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites into the mixture.
    Chop the strawberries and add to mixture.
    Crush vanilla wafers.
    Place a layer in bowl, then a layer of mixture.
    Repeat until all is used.
    Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Serve in sherbet dishes and garnish with whole strawberries.
