Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
8 eggs
24 to 28 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter (3 c.)
4 tsp. soda
1/4 c. vanilla
9 c. oatmeal
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine oleo, sugars, eggs and peanut butter to make creamy. Add soda, vanilla, oatmeal and chocolate chips.
Mix well and spoon by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cook all at once or store cookie dough in fridge and bake as needed.
(Watch out for monsters who eat your dough before they are baked.)
This recipe will make 20 to 24 dozen cookies if you ever get them baked and counted before the monsters get to them.
