Soy Oat Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. soaked soy beans (1/2 c. dry)
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Soak soy beans several hours or overnight in sufficient water to keep covered.
    Drain; discard water.
    (These beans may be stored in refrigerator or frozen for use at a moment's notice.)
