Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt (see note)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. grated Colby cheese
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
