Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. quick oats
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 to 5 apples, cored and sliced
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
    Cut in the butter with a knife.
    Arrange apple slices in a Pam-sprayed pie plate. Sprinkle above mixture over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
    Rhubarb, peaches or bananas may be substituted for the apples.
