Shrimp Salad Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can condensed tomato soup
3 small pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. celery, minced
2 lb. fresh shrimp or 3 small cans shrimp
Preparation

Heat soup and cheese.
Beat until smooth.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add to soup mixture.
Cool.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased individual salad molds. Refrigerate until firm.
Serves 10.
