Moon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. flour
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 stick oleo or margarine
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

In saucepan, bring water and oleo to a boil. Add flour and stir.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Place on a greased jelly roll pan and bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool.
