Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bunch broccoli
    3 medium size carrots
    3 green onions
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    About 15 minutes before serving, cut top of broccoli into small flowerets; slice stalks into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
    Thinly slice carrots and green onions.
    In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, in 1-inch boiling water, heat broccoli to boiling.
    Cook, uncovered, 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain.
