Ingredients

1 can Baker's coconut
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
Preparation

Pour milk over coconut; allow to soak while preparing crust (15 minutes).
Cream together oleo and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add vanilla and coconut mixture. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until center is set.
