Hot Sauce Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Texas Pete
    1 pkg. chicken parts
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (12 oz.) bottle corn oil
    1 (8 oz.) bag flour
Preparation
    Wash chicken thoroughly.
    Put in
    a large bowl.
    Pour entire bottle of Texas Pete over chicken.
    Mix well so that all parts are covered.
    Let stand 1 hour. Take marinated chicken out of bowl. Dip in flour until covered.
    Place in frying pan of corn oil at medium heat for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Serves 4.
