Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box butter mix Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges with juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Preparation

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with juice; beat for 3 minutes.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or layer 9-inch cake pans (greased and floured).
Bake according to package directions.
Cool on rack.
When cake is completely cooled frost with Cool Whip, pineapple and vanilla pudding.
Mix together pudding and pineapple for 3 minutes.
Add Cool Whip.
Let set 5 minutes.
Spread on cake.
