Bendel'S Baked Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. wild rice
    1/3 c. white rice
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter
    3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute rice, onion and mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes.
    Add broth and turn into a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
