Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. molasses
1/4 c. shortening, melted
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Combine milk, water, vinegar and molasses. Stir into dry ingredients.
Add melted shortening and stir until smooth. Pour into greased 9-inch layer cake pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
