German Potato Salad(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices uncooked bacon
    1/2 chopped green onion
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Chop bacon.
    Peel and cut
    potatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Place bacon and green onion in small bowl.
    Cover and microwave on High until bacon is light brown, about 7 minutes.
    Stir in vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Set aside.
    Place potato slices and water in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and microwave on High until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Pour bacon and vinegar mixture over potatoes.
    Toss to coat.
