Fresh Lemonade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lemons
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 qt. water
    1 tray ice cubes
Preparation
    Wash lemons; cut into thin strips and remove seeds.
    Place lemon slices in a large bowl.
    Cover with sugar.
    Let stand for 10 minutes, then press with a potato masher to get as much juice as you can from the lemons.
    Add cold water and continue to press lemons with masher until liquid is well flavored.
    Pour over 2 ice cubes in a tall glass.
    Add a lemon slice to each glass.
