Creamy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. zucchini, sliced or diced
    1 Tbsp. McKay's seasoning or spaghetti sauce seasoning
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 to 4 oz. cream cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large covered skillet.
    Cook zucchini in butter, covered, over low heat until tender, but not mushy.
    Add seasoning and cream cheese; cover for a few minutes, then mix to coat zucchini.
    (Butter or margarine can be eliminated in waterless cookware.)
