Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

4 c. diced, cooked chicken
6 c. diced bread crumbs
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. diced onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. diced celery
3/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Add onion and celery to margarine in skillet; cook until transparent but not browned. Place diced chicken in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish or pan. Sprinkle mixture, salt and pepper over chicken.
