Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp. for topping
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until softened; add eggs and 1 cup sugar, salt and almond extract.
    Beat until thick and smooth.
    Pour into 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool on rack 20 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons sugar to sour cream.
    Add vanilla and pour over cake.
    Return to oven and bake 10 minutes; cool and chill.
