Dirt Cake - Oreo Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 large pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Preparation

Crush cookies and set aside.
Blend in a bowl the Cool Whip, cream cheese, sugar and butter.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, blend pudding mix, milk and vanilla.
Add to Cool Whip mixture. Mix well.
Put 1/2 of the crushed Oreos in 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Add pudding mixture, then cover with the remaining crushed cookies.
Freeze for 1/2 hour before serving.
