Baked Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix pulp, beaten eggs and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mix, as you stir. Stir in melted butter.
