Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sirloin or flank steak in thin strips
    2 c. sliced tomato
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 can (13 oz.) beef broth
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. tomato paste or catsup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat quickly, then add oil, mushrooms and onions and cook stirring, until onions are tender, about 3 minutes.
    Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste and bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Makes 4 servings.
