Tomato Filled Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 to 8 large tomatoes
Preparation
    Put mixed vegetables and 2 cups water in a large saucepan. Cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat; drain.
    In large mixing bowl, combine vegetables, chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Cover and chill for 4 hours.
