Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped nuts
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, buttermilk, soda and salt.
Mix well and add flour, bananas and nuts.
When all ingredients are blended well, add vanilla.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until done.
