Golden Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 carrots
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Scrape carrots, then slice carrots in about 1/4-inch slices. Put butter in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Place carrots in saucepan with butter.
Put cover on saucepan and boil four minutes. Shut off heat and let stand with cover on saucepan for about 20 to 25 minutes.
(Carrots will be soft and delicious.)
