Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 pkg. instant coconut cream or lemon pudding mix
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients; add water and vegetable oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let cake cool 15 minutes before taking out of pan. Drizzle with a glaze made of powdered sugar, lemon juice and butter.
