Chicken On A Sunday - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. milk
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 frying chicken
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan; sprinkle dry rice on bottom of pan.
    Heat all cream soups with milk.
    Pour over rice.
    Place raw, cut up chicken over rice-soup mixture.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all the top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
