Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 bunch fresh spinach
    1 tomato, diced
    1 cucumber, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. L. Kemp Crab Delights, diced
    3/4 c. small shrimp
    3/4 c. ham, diced
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, diced
    3/4 c. turkey, diced
    1 carrot, grated
    1 can chunk pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    Clean and tear up lettuce and spinach.
    In a large salad bowl, gently mix all ingredients, tossing lightly.
    May be served with your favorite dressing or topped with cottage cheese or plain yogurt.
    Serves 6 to 8.
