Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
Preparation

Place in blender container and blend until smooth. Refrigerate up to one week. Yield: 1 1/4 cups, which equals one 14 ounce can.
