Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 level Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cold milk
1 c. hot milk
4 Tbsp. soft bread crumbs
1/4 lb. grated or chopped cheese
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 well-beaten eggs
Preparation

Mix flour with cold milk; add this to hot milk and stir until thick and smooth.
Add bread crumbs, grated or chopped cheese, pepper and salt.
Stir until cheese is melted; add beaten eggs and turn into baking dish.
Bake until light and brown, about 15 to 20 minutes and serve at once.
