Gail'S Shameless Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    Spoon mixture into small foil midget cups 3/4 full and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    While cooling, mix sour cream, 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
    Spoon into cream cheese mixture.
    Cook again at 325\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Let cool and refrigerate.
    Before serving, add fruit pie filling.
    Cherry and blueberry pie filling do best.
