Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    small amount dried or fresh parsley
    1 stick butter
    plain flour
    pkg. bread crumbs
    salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. water
Preparation
    Remove\tbone
    from
    chicken breast, cut in half lengthwise. Put the chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and
    pound until about 1/2-inch thick.
    Sprinkle with salt and parsley. Chill
    1
    stick
    of
    butter;
    when chilled, cut in 8 sections. Place
    1
    section
    of butter in each end of chicken fillet.
    Roll up\tand
    secure with toothpick.
    Roll each with plain flour and dip in mix of 1 beaten egg and 1 tablespoon of water and
    roll in package of bread crumbs.
    Chill for 1 hour. Deep fry for about 5 minutes or until browned well.
