Living Skills Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender or fork.
    Knead lightly 10 times.
    Roll out onto floured board.
    Cut out.
    Cook 10 to 12 minutes.
