Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can or 1 lb. salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion, freshly grated
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Discard bones and skin.
    In a processor or blender, mix all ingredients, except pecans and parsley.
    Blend until smooth.
    Turn into quiche dish or crock, spreading evenly. Refrigerate.
