Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. green tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Stir together in a bowl and put in an uncooked pie shell. Add 3 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Put on top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn down heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until brown.
