Rainbow Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 white angel food cake, baked according to directions on pkg.
    4 c. chilled whipping cream
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    5 drops green food clor
    5 drops almond extract
    5 drops yellow food color
    5 drops rum flavoring
    5 drops red food color
    5 drops peppermint extract
Preparation
    Cool cake; split to make 3 layers.
    Whip the cream and add the sugar.
    To 1 cup whipped cream, stir in green food color and almond extract.
    Fill first and second layers.
    To 1 cup cream, stir in yellow food coloring and rum flavoring.
    Fill second and third layers.
    Tint remaining 2 cups whipped cream with red food color and stir in peppermint extract.
    Frost top and sides of cake.
    Refrigerate.
