Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. oleo, melted
    2/3 c. condensed milk
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, oleo and 1/3 cup condensed milk. Spread 1/2 of mixture into 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup condensed milk. Sprinkle chocolate chips, then spread the chocolate mixture. Dribble rest of cake batter over all and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
