Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Martha White self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. seasoned salt
6 eggs, beat well
4 c. buttermilk
2 lb. cut up chicken, washed
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients well and set aside.
Mix eggs and buttermilk well.
Dip chicken into milk and egg ingredients, then roll into the flour and drop into a skillet of hot cooking oil.
