Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), thawed and drained
    1 c. crushed butter crackers
Preparation
    Melt cheese and 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan, stirring often until smooth.
    Place vegetables into a 1-quart casserole dish. Pour cheese over vegetables; mix well.
    Melt remaining butter; stir in cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over top of vegetables.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve at once.
