Apricot Nectar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can apricot nectar
    7 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large angel food cake
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat until the mixture becomes clear and bubbly.
    Watch closely, stirring constantly.
    Take off heat and pour over a large angel food cake that has been torn into small pieces and placed in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover and allow to chill for 24 hours.
    Serve with a scoop of whipped cream.
    Great dessert and simple to make.
